Toyota Tsusho has established this Green Finance Framework in alignment with the Green Bond Principles 2021 as administered by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), and the Green Loan Principles 2021 by the Loan Market Association (LMA), the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA), and the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA).

Toyota Tsusho has obtained an external evaluation (Second-Party Opinion) from Sustainalytics for the conformity of our Framework with the Green Bond Principles and the Green Loan Principles.

Proceeds from green finance in Fiscal 2022 have been allocated to eligible projects in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Green Finance Framework. In addition, we calculated the environmental impact of eligible projects to which proceeds were allocated.
