Toyota Tsusho Corporation (head office: Nagoya City; President & CEO: Ichiro Kashitani) announces that the Board of Directors today adopted a resolution approving the following changes to organizational, and personnel changes effective April 1, 2020.

Toyota Tsusho also announces that the Board of Directors decided on the directors and Audit & Supervisory Board members to be submitted to the 99th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 23, 2020 and the representative directors to be approved by resolution of the Board of Directors on the same day as set forth below.
