Toyota Tsusho Corporation (head office: Nagoya City; President & CEO: Jun Karube) announces the following organizational changes and assignments of Executive Officers and other personnel as of the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today on April 1, 2018.
The company also announces the personnel changes to Directors & Auditors to be approved at the 97th General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 21, 2018, and the appointment of Representative Director at the Meeting of the Board of Directors on the same day.
