Toyota Tsusho Selected as "Semi-Nadeshiko Brand 2022"

Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Toyota Tsusho) was selected as a "Semi-Nadeshiko Brand 2022" conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, together with the Tokyo Stock Exchange, as a company which encourages women's success in the workplace.

"Nadeshiko Brands" are companies selected from various industries based on the results of the Survey on Enterprises Encouraging Women's Success in the Workplace targeted at all companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from each industry. "Semi-Nadeshiko Brands," among which Toyota Tsusho has now been selected, are chosen from the highest-scoring companies ranked after the "Nadeshiko Brands", regardless of the industry.




Toyota Tsusho Initiatives for Promoting Active Roles for Female Employees

Toyota Tsusho has formulated an action plan for the period to the end of FY2025 based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and is continuously working toward the achievement of the plan. With these efforts, it is promoting the creation of a work environment where all employees, including women, are able to realize a diverse work-life balance while maximizing their abilities, as well as influence each other and evolve as a team.
