Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("Toyota Tsusho") announced today that it has signed a business tie-up agreement ("the Agreement") with Allm Inc. ("Allm") aimed at contributing to further improvement of safety and quality, and for more efficiency in the medical care, by building a global medical platform and providing digital medical services.

"Join" is an app developed and provided by Allm for communication among medical professionals, which allows medical professionals to communicate in chatting and exchanging medical data under a secured environment, and further to enable collaboration within and between hospitals.

With the Agreement, the "Join" will connect Sakra World Hospital --operated by Toyota Tsusho in India--and Euracare clinics in Ghana and Nigeria operated by a subsidiary of CFAO SAS, a member of the Toyota Tsusho Group, to improve medical services through exchange of specialized expertise between the medical facilities, which also allows remote treatments. In addition, when Toyota Tsusho expands its medical business to other countries and regions, working together with Allm, the "Join" will function as the platform for collaboration between medical facilities.

Through the use of digital tools, Toyota Tsusho will promote initiatives for medical business and contribute toward the achievement of Goal 3--Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages--of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations.
