Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("Toyota Tsusho") announced today that it has produced an animation titled "A Brigade of 70,000 Employees" and published it on its corporate website to more intuitively convey the worldview of elevating this brigade to a higher dimension as outlined in its Medium-Term Management Plan.

Toyota Tsusho positions "Human Capital and Organizational Strategy" as one of its four elevations to a higher dimension in its Mid-Term Business Plan (FY2025–FY2027). Set 100 years in the future, this futuristic documentary animation depicts the diverse group of 70,000 employees active in 130 countries and regions around the world as a "brigade," showing how each individual leverages their unique personality and strengths as they continue moving forward to realize the Mission of "Passing on a better Earth to the children of the future."
The story depicts Toyota Tsusho Group employees worldwide aiming to "Be the Right ONE," awakening the Toyota Tsusho DNA—Toyota Tsusho's Values—nurtured since its founding to forge a path to the future while overcoming difficulties and taking on challenges together with 70,000 of their colleagues. The storyline is designed to allow each of the 70,000 group employees to see themselves in the characters, fostering empathy with their connection to Toyota Tsusho and the Toyota Tsusho DNA.
