Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("Toyota Tsusho") announced today that, on April 1, 2026, it will open its in-house studio, ToyoTube SHINAGAWA STUDIO, at its Tokyo Head Office (Minato-ku, Tokyo) to foster more active employee communication.

In its Mid-Term Management Plan for the fiscal years ending March 2026 through March 2028, Toyota Tsusho has set out to "enhance corporate value to a higher dimension," positioning "human capital and organization" as one of its "four higher dimensions." The company believes that, in an era of rapid digitalization and AI, there is growing value not only in conveying information accurately, but also in people speaking in real time, in their own words, and sharing their thoughts personally. Toyota Tsusho aims to become a "thriving, living organism" in which each employee's diverse background, distinct strengths, and challenges in the field are made visible, generating empathy and inspiration, awakening creativity, and energizing the organization as a whole.

Built on this thinking, ToyoTube SHINAGAWA STUDIO was designed as the heart of the company, a sacred place for its video platform and the epicenter of information. Through executives and employees speaking and expressing themselves, and through the intersection of worksites around the world and a wide range of unique talents, the company will use the power of audio and video to convey what it has not yet been able to fully share: each awakened employee stepping into the spotlight. Starting from ToyoTube SHINAGAWA STUDIO, employees will co-create as creators and accelerate the ascent to higher dimensions of the "Brigade of 70,000 employees."
