Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("Toyota Tsusho") announced today that it has been consecutively selected as a constituent of the following global ESG investment indices offered by the global index provider FTSE Russell.

• A constituent of the "FTSE4Good Index Series": selected for five consecutive years since fiscal 2021
• A constituent of the "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index": selected for five consecutive years since fiscal 2021
• A constituent of the "FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index": selected for four consecutive years since fiscal 2022

In addition, Toyota Tsusho achieved an ESG score of 4.9 (with 5.0 as the highest score) in FTSE Russell's latest evaluation updated in December 2025, ranking second among the companies in all industries in Japan covered by this evaluation.

Toyota Tsusho believes that the consecutive selection and ESG score of 4.9 achieved in the recent evaluation reflects a comprehensive recognition of its efforts to address environmental and social issues from the perspective of the entire supply chain and generate sustainable value through business, as well as its initiatives related to its governance structure and stakeholder engagement.

An index designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. It is widely used in the creation and evaluation of sustainable investment funds and other financial products. Toyota Tsusho has been selected as a constituent for five consecutive years.	An index designed to reflect the performance of companies in Japan that have chosen to actively undertake ESG activities. It has been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) since 2017. Toyota Tsusho has been selected as a constituent for five consecutive years.	An index created in 2022 that reflects the performance of Japanese companies demonstrating strong ESG practices and selects companies in Japan with a high ESG rating for each sector. Like the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index, it has been adopted by the GPIF. Toyota Tsusho has been selected as a constituent for four consecutive years.
S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index	CDP	CDP Supplier Engagement Leader
One of the ESG indices jointly developed by S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P), a global index provider, and Japan Exchange Group (JPX). It covers the constituents of the Tokyo Stock Price Index (TOPIX) and weighs them according to their environmental information disclosure status and carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per unit of revenue). Toyota Tsusho has been selected since 2018.	CDP, an international environmental NGO, conducts corporate research on climate change. In the assessment published in December 2025, Toyota Tsusho received the highest rating in the three categories of "Climate Change," "Forests," and "Water Security," and was selected as a “Triple A List” company for the second consecutive year.	Research conducted by CDP, an international environmental NGO, that evaluates companies’ efforts to grasp Scope 3 (upstream) greenhouse gas emissions, set reduction targets, and undertake supplier engagement. Toyota Tsusho was granted the highest rating of A (Leadership).
