Toyota Tsusho Acquires 100% Ownership of Terras Energy

Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Toyota Tsusho) announced today that it has acquired 15% of the shares of Terras Energy Corporation (Terras Energy) held by SoftBank Group Corp. to acquire 100% ownership of Terras Energy.
