Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Head office : Nagoya, President & CEO : Ichiro Kashitani) is pleased to announce that the board of directors meeting held today reached a resolution what is to be deliberated and decided in the 101st general meeting of shareholders and the directors meeting, both of which are scheduled on June 24, 2022, as for personnel changes concerning respectively the members of the board and audit & supervisory board members, and the representative directors, as follows.
