Retirement of board members

Toyota Tsusho Corporation is currently zealously proceeding with preparations to merge with Tomen Corporation in April this year, with the assumption that an approval will be obtained at the general shareholders meetings of both companies. The company has recently informally decided on the appointment of board members and executive officers for the new company and accordingly, we hereby announce the board members who are planning to retire:
