Establishment of "Toyotsu Tomen Human Resource Corporation" Coordination of New Entity for Temporary Staff Servicing

Tomen Corporation and Toyota Tsusho Corporation announced today that they will jointly establish a new company for temporary staff servicing named "Toyotsu Tomen Human Resource Corporation" (TTHR) in April 2004.
The temporary staff servicing operations currently done by Toyotsu Syscom (Toyota Tsusho's 100% owned subsidiary) and Tomen Business Support (Tomen's 100% owned subsidiary) will be integrated under TTHR.
TTHR's mission is to supply the most suitable manpower to both the Toyota Tsusho Group and the Tomen Group. TTHR also intends to supply manpower to companies outside both groups in the future.
TTHR will start operations in July 2004 and it plans 2.5billion Yen turn over in FY2008 (the year ending March 2009).
