-Repurchase of Treasury Stock in Accordance with the Articles of Incorporation Pursuant to Article 165, Item 2. of the Companies Act-

At a board meeting held on November 22, 2011, the Board of Directors of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Toyota Tsusho" or the "Company") passed a resolution to repurchase treasury stock pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act, which in turn is applied on the basis of Article 165, Item 3. of the same Act. A summary of the executed stock repurchase is provided below.

 

Please also note that all stock repurchases made pursuant to the resolution passed at the board meeting held on November 22, 2011 has now been completed and no further repurchases are planned for the time being.
