Announcement for Launch Schedule of Commercial Complex Facility in Kyushu Area:
"Grand Mall"

Toyota Tsusho Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Toyota Tsusho"; Headquarters: Nagoya City; President: Junzo Shimizu) reached a decision on the launch date for the first phase of the "Grand Mall" (formerly known as "Hilltop Terrace"*provisional title) commercial complex facility, as well as facility name and tenants who will be occupying and conducting the businesses, described below:

First phase launch date:May 20, 2010 (Thursday)
Facility name:Grand Mall
Tenants:LAMU (supermarkets), Daiso (100 yen shop), Seishido (spectacles vendor).

No change has been made from the initially scheduled date (fall of 2010) with regards to the launch date for the second phase (grand opening).
