Toyota Tsusho Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Toyota Tsusho"; Headquarters: Nagoya City; President: Junzo Shimizu) and Naturacuore Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Naturacuore"; Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Sachiko Inoue), in collaboration with Royal Park Shiodome Tower Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as "Royal Park Shiodome Tower"; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Asakura), launched the "Naturabiotic Wellness Design Salon" on September 14, 2009, at the 26th floor of the Royal Park Shiodome Tower, the very first achievement of the integration of a metropolitan hotel with a wellness service in Japan.
The Naturabiotic Wellness Design Salon offers improvement services intended to achieve fitness for a wide variety of clients, ranging from corporate executives and business men and women who lead stressful daily lives, to senior citizens, through the fulfillment of these three health issues: "health of the body", "health of the spirit", and "social health". These services are offered with the support of major medical institutions and relevant manufacturers, as well as in conjunction with business development and commercialization support provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Medium- to long-term improvement services are provided specifically by "naturabiotists", our health concierges, who have gained a wide range of knowledge pertaining to health and preventative medicine under the supervision of physicians, physical therapists, dieticians and other medical specialists as well as alternative therapists. Naturabiotists take full advantage of cutting-edge equipment and know-how to provide support for our clients.
Furthermore, these services, the first of their kind in the hotel industry, are performed at Royal Park Shiodome Tower using the concept of "Customer Delight". This concept involves continuously exceeding customer satisfaction with the keywords "stylish", "convenient", and "flexible". During their stay at Royal Park Shiodome Tower, each and every one of our clients will be offered an experience of true hospitality, as well as the opportunity to relax and get in touch with themselves before going home feeling completely healthy. Services are customized for each individual, and are provided from the three perspectives of "food", "rest" and "exercise".
In the future, we intend to expand our integrated wellness services in close liaison with medical treatments, in order to treat as many clients as possible through the early detection in a scientific manner of signs indicating the onset of disease. This will be accomplished by spreading the availability of services to major cities in Japan using the wellness services provided by this metropolitan hotel as the business model.
