Notice concerning potential uncollectibility of accounts receivable

Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("Toyota Tsusho") announces that T.S.B Engineering Co., Ltd., has failed to pay 1,622 million yen in accounts receivable that were due Toyota Tsusho by March 31, 2009. Toyota Tsusho therefore believes that it may be unable to collect outstanding amounts from T.S.B Engineering Co., Ltd.
