Integrated Trilateral Structure for Supporting Vehicle Exports to Countries Worldwide
Toyota Tsusho has built a structure that integrates sales, spare parts and service for supporting the sales of vehicles with varying specifications that match the conditions of each country to which the vehicles are exported. As we carry out integrated support covering functions ranging from ordering to delivery, we are also actively nurturing staff to enhance our service and technologies.
Retailer Network Expansion through a Regional Approach Rather Than by Location
We develop our operations by grouping automobile retailers throughout the world by region and adopting optimal policies in response to the specific needs of each region. To this end, we have established regional headquarters to manage operations, including region-wide marketing and sales strategies in such areas as China and the South Pacific. In addition, we proactively develop our sales bases mainly in such key locations as China and Europe.
