Building a Globally Focused Value Chain
In chemicals, we have tanks in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines that serve as logistics bases. We are particularly strong in sales of various products that use these production and logistics strongholds. In cooperation with one of our Group companies which manufactures chemicals, we have built a comprehensive value chain that includes production functions. With this serving as the m, we aim to achieve further growth.
Establishing a Global Supply Structure
To support the overseas production of chemicals and synthetic resin users, Toyota Tsusho Offers integrated functions that include optimal procurement of raw materials, preparation for production, processing and materials testing, and local sales, storage and logistics functions. Of particular note is our resin compound business in which we operate production bases in China and Southeast Asia. We intend to proactively develop our business to respond to customer needs in the future as well as in regions including emerging nations.
